5. Subscription & Payments

PUA Chat offers premium features through subscription plans:

• Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store
• Payments are charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy

7. Disclaimers

PUA Chat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific results from using our App

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liberthea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PUA Chat.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to PUA Chat at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
